Liebe Mitglieder,

der Vorstand lädt hiermit herzlich zur ordentlichen Mitgliederversammlung des Advanced UV for Life e. V. ein.

Gemäß Satzung findet diese einmal jährlich statt.

Termin: Dienstag, 21. April 2026, 10:00 Uhr

Ort: KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG, Besucher- und Schulungszentrum Berlin (= ICULTA Location)

Scharnhorststraße 3, 10115 Berlin

Die Agenda sowie die Möglichkeit zur Anmeldung, Abmeldung bzw. optionalen Stimmrechtsübertragung sind unter folgendem Link verfügbar:

Anmeldung bitte spätestens zum 26.03.2026 vornehmen.

Im Anschluss an den offiziellen Teil sind ein Light Lunch sowie Zeit zum Networking vorgesehen.

**Wichtiger Hinweis:**

Direkt nach der Mitgliederversammlung beginnt gegen 14:00 Uhr die ICULTA 2026 am selben Veranstaltungsort.

Für die Teilnahme an der ICULTA ist – auch für Mitglieder – eine separate Anmeldung erforderlich (Mitgliederrabatt verfügbar - Early Bird Deadline beachten).

Es wird um die Teilnahme von mindestens einer Vertretung je Mitgliedsunternehmen gebeten.

Darüber hinaus sind selbstverständlich alle weiteren Vertreterinnen und Vertreter, die ggf. ohnehin zur ICULTA anreisen, herzlich eingeladen teilzunehmen.

on behalf of the Executive Board, this is a cordial invitation to the statutory Annual General Meeting of Advanced UV for Life e. V.

According to the bylaws, the General Meeting takes place once per year.

Date: Tuesday, April 21, 2026, 10:00 am

Location: KARL STORZ SE & Co. KG, Visitor and Training Center Berlin (=ICULTA Location)

Please register for the AGM by March 26^th , 2026.

A light lunch and networking opportunity will follow the official part.

Important note:

The AGM will be followed by the start of ICULTA 2026 at around 2:00 pm at the same venue.

Participation in ICULTA requires a separate registration (member discount available – note the early bird deadline).

Each member company is requested to be represented by at least one delegate.

Additional representatives who may already attend ICULTA are of course very welcome to participate the AGM.
